Responsible Gaming

Gambling at Cherry Gold is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be viewed as a source of income or a financial solution. The platform is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices that align with regulatory expectations in Australia. This guide provides players with essential information about the measures in place to protect them while enjoying their gaming experience.

Self-Control Tools

Cherry Gold offers a variety of responsible gambling tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. These tools empower players to make informed decisions and promote a safer gambling environment.

Deposit limits allow players to set a maximum amount they can deposit into their account over a specified period. This helps manage spending effectively.
Loss limits enable players to define the maximum amount they are willing to lose during a given time frame. This serves as an important safeguard against excessive losses.
Wagering limits allow players to set restrictions on the total amount they can wager in a specific period, helping ensure they can enjoy their gaming without overspending.
Session time limits help players manage their gaming duration by setting a maximum time they can spend on the platform in one session.
Cooling-off periods allow players to take a break from gambling for a defined time. This is useful for those who may need a short hiatus to regain control.
Self-exclusion options enable players to voluntarily restrict access to their accounts for a longer duration. This is a vital tool for those who recognize they may need more time away from gambling.

Self-Assessment

Recognizing the early signs of problematic gambling behavior is crucial for maintaining a safe gaming experience. Players are encouraged to reflect on the following questions to evaluate their gambling habits:

Do I often gamble with money I cannot afford to lose?
Have I experienced a loss of control over my gambling activities?
Am I frequently chasing losses, hoping to recover what I have lost?
Do I feel anxious or stressed when thinking about my gambling activities?
Have I noticed changes in my mood or behavior related to gambling?
Am I gambling to escape from personal problems or stress?
Do I find myself lying about my gambling activities to friends or family?
Have I neglected personal, professional, or social obligations due to gambling?

If players identify with any of these questions, it may be time to seek support or utilize the responsible gambling tools available on the platform.
